The Marketing Services Manager is responsible for the management of the Graphics team, allocation of tasks and development of POS materials. (S)He works directly with Product Management, Sales and the rest of the MarComs team to ensure that all Graphics projects are created to the specifications given by Product Management – on spec and on time. (S)he is also responsible for managing Sales requests for customer materials, such as free-standing display units, POS materials or other customer-related support materials. Provide financial and business analysis support to the VP Finance and the Sr Director PM and provide meaningful information to Management, Sales, Product Management and other departments within the organization who rely on the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the annual planning process, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and analysis of EMEA business performance primarily along the product hierarchy axis against set goals. • Lead he preparation of the EMEA product management annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process. This includes preparing supporting schedules, validating of data into budgeting database, assisting in preparing the financial budgeting model, creating reports and analysis and coordinating with key personnel from various departments. • Challenging and supporting the Product Managers on various initiatives such as SKU reduction, profitability improvements and liquidation of excess / obsolete stock • Running the Business Planning, Budgeting and Outlook processes. • Working as part of the team to drive down excess stock and reduce cost • Assisting and Supporting the PM’s to continuously drive the business forward. • Offering advice to guide the PM team including senior management. • Prepare monthly analysis of financial statement variances against budget including trend analysis and account analysis.
