Recruitment and Selection

I offer my recruitment services to Dutch and international companies in the Randstad-area. I specialise in FMCG, advertising, and life style, but I am also fully at home in the new media market. I act as an intermediate in the areas of marketing & sales, supply chain & logistics, HR, and operations. But I am always expanding my possibilities, as do my clients and candidates.

What does a candidate have to offer the organisation, especially in the long run, and which challenges does the company offer the candidate; what can he or she learn? How can the candidate contribute to the organisation’s aims? Based on an open and personal relationship, I place myself in my clients’ position, anticipate their needs and particularly focus on creating a long-term relationship.

My Approach

I work together closely with a number of specialised partners, of whose services I can make use of flexibly and according to need. My selection of candidates is growing continuously, which I gladly use to the benefit of my clients. I make intensive use of social media, and I am continuously adding to and maintaining my network – at all levels. Recruitment is a profession that goes beyond nine-to-five, and my clients can always count on me. A deal is a deal.
