Because I am of the opinion that it is very important to know my candidates well, I always meet with them personally. Are we on the same page? Do we have the same ideas on the effort and quality we put into our work? Are you driven by passion? After that, we agree on our aims. We also discuss the next step in your career. Together, we find the company and the position that is the best match for you. Together we prepare for your interview, and evaluate it afterwards. I do not charge my candidates.
